Project
DOVAP
DOVAP (Domestic Violence Awareness Program) – Domestic violence takes many forms including physical, sexual, emotional, and mental. Common forms of violence in Nigeria are rape, acid attacks, molestation, beating, etc.
As part of our initiative, we are organizing a Domestic Violence Summit in the 36 states of the country to help in the fight against rape and domestic violence.
- To give a strong voice to the less privileged in the society.
- To create a platform that will fight against brutalisation of children through some customs and traditions.
- To fight against any form of victimisation against the female child in society.
- To educate people on the effect of violence and abuse on victims and to proffer psychological solutions to people suffering from the effects of violence.
All the aforementioned programs have social media presence.
